How to Return an Item:
• Carefully pack
your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. We will
NOT accept return shipments in an envelope.
• Include your
original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Peel the return mailing label
off of the original Invoice and attach it to your package or mail your package

• Please allow 2 –
4 business days for processing after we have received your return.
• After processing, you will receive an
email detailing your Return Information.
Return Policy:
•Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
• Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.

• We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
• Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
• All sales of used products are final. No returns or refunds.
• Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
• If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the e-mail to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
